Lorraine Phillips is a multi-disciplined UX professional with over a decade’s worth of experience working with and consulting for digital agencies, startups, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. She holds an MBA in business administration, a BS in computer science, and an AA in graphic design. In her free time Lorraine enjoys mentoring and coaching others—as she puts it in her own words, “It’s exactly what I was born to do!”
